How We Met
Caleb and Ava met at a folk dance at the Fern Prairie Grange, hosted by Caleb’s family. Ava was standing in the back with her friends, enjoying the music and watching others dance, when Caleb asked her to swing dance. She happily accepted. As they danced, Ava beamed with excitement, and he noticed. The two laughed and spun through the song, and later, while everyone was helping clean up, Caleb found her again and invited her to another dance. What started with one swing around the dance floor slowly grew into something steady and lasting—and now they’re excited to dance into this next chapter together, with all their friends and loved ones on the dance floor.
Our Love
Story
As time grew after their first dance, they began to find every reason to see each other again. Game nights, bible studies, more dances, and eventually Broadway Night. And during that time she was intent on asking him a long list of questions before she could move forward.
On the day of the Broadway Night Cast Party, Caleb officially asked Ava to be his girlfriend, and we are certain that this special moment will be mentioned in speeches at some point. They have been inseparable ever since. Fast forward through many adventures and cherished memories, Caleb asked the most significant question of all, and she happily said yes!
